My roommate who I played with for hours on a daily basis had logged into my Bungie account on our shared desktop and changed my character name as a joke. I haven't been able to change it since you can only change your name once, and this hasn't been an issue until now when I actually have something that I'd like to change my name to. I have been trying to find out how to change my name or contact support, but contacting Bungie support is virtually impossible. If customer service could please reach out to me that would be greatly appreciated. I'm a committed day 1 player (just as a great many of your current player base is) and have preordered every DLC ever released just to keep up with the game and content, and I would appreciate some way to reach support on your end. It's disappointing seeing that so many of your most committed players are left to post on forums asking to contact support since we can't even reach a team member without going through a forum and hoping for a reply. Your player base is one of the most devoted and loyal groups out there and many of us have stuck with you since day one, been there through all the games' ups and downs, through every controversial update and release, and are still here today sticking it out to see where the game will go and excited to see what the final releases of light and dark saga has to offer.

Nope, you only get one (1) name change. If your account has already used this then you are stuck with the name you have. Bungie will not change your name by request. Account and device security is your responsibility at all times. I recommend you secure your stuff to prevent unauthorised access. [spoiler] Also, please use paragraphs.
