Not a bug, your name was forcibly changed by Bungie because it violated their policies. What was your name before? If it was your Steam name then that name 100% violates Bungie's policies, so it was correctly changed.

It wasn’t my steam name, it was “Savathüssy” which I am not the only person who has that version of the name, since there’s different versions
