Hi there!
If you are experiencing these error codes, it is highly possible that your internet connection is experiencing packet loss or RF signal loss.
If you contact your ISP and let them know that you believe you are experiencing these issues, they will be able to either perform a test on your circuit or have a technician come to your home to test your internet circuit.

Hi! I was unable to confirm packet loss in my own tests, but I suspect the routing is having issues for some specific destinations only. I have raised another ticket to my ISP detailing what is happening, though they didn't resolve much before either. I am afraid I'll have to wait until my contract expires so I can switch ISPs...in another 1.5 years :(
