Can I assume you are using thantotic tangles and frenzied stacks in your artifact? Using both seems to break armor charge for some reason on strand. Am I correct in assuming that is your setup?

Believe it or not, no. I'm currently not using either. But you got me to look at the artifact. I went through all the mods I was using and disabled them one by one. Monochromatic maestro was the culprit which makes sense. Now surge mods work but sometimes bug out again and don't have a timer lol. That's a bug I won't complain about.
