Just checking while looking at those places you aren't looking for the tokens but instead looking for the Hunters Remembrance quest?
A lot of sources still list the old tokens/wish-ender quest as they haven't been updated

Yeah, you should also have an awoken memento in your kinetic slot on the character that has the quest
