If you've gotten one to drop, then there is nothing blocking it from the loot pool except bad luck.

yes i understand i am unlucky but cmon its not like the smg is any better than other ikelos guns, its stupid how other guns have a clear more chance of dropping

I got 2 Disparity drops from the same completion last night, it's just RNG for each run.
