From what I can tell they updated their api and now it's not only working for some people.

When I go to the dim page I see "Unable to load your Destiny 2 characters and inventory" error at the top right corner, then I connect to a VPN (Poland or Lithuania, it doesn't matter), refresh the page, and see my inventory loaded and no error at the top
