Hello! I have issues claiming my June Amazon Prime Gaming Rewards. I've read/followed Bungie troubleshooting help guides but haven't had any luck.

I also completed all of Amazon's troubleshooting steps; they referred me back to Bungie #help.

I had the same problem for months. But the solution was quite weird. If you have any other items in the kiosk, claim them all out. If your problem is the same as mine, you'll see the newer stuff pop-up out of nowhere. Hope that works for you.
