Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account.
You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section.
If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account.
Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully.
Make sure that you claim the previous reward in the kiosk which could prevent you from receiving the new one.
If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.

I have checked everything I can, and as far as I can tell, have correctly linked my account, received previous Prime Gaming rewards, visited the partner rewards page and the Prime Gaming page. Both say I have claimed the reward, but the Highlander shader has not appeared in the kiosk. I understand that I can try to re-link my account for future drops, but how can I remedy this one? I honestly don't care about the other items in the drop, since I already got them back as far as season 2 of the game. I would, however, like to have this shader unlocked since its very unique/interesting.

I have received previous Prime Gaming rewards on this account every time I have claimed them. My account is definitely linked correctly. What is the item capacity of the rewards kiosk in the tower? I currently have 8 things there in the Prime Gaming Rewards section. Where can I access the partner rewards page? I don't think I've ever seen this. I've seen the regular rewards page where I've claimed other digital rewards, but not a "partner" rewards page. Thanks!

Thank you. It does say I have claimed it there just as all my previous Prime Gaming rewards. Still not sure what the problem is...
