So whats the description for mobility when you select warlock or titan? A worthless stat that makes you move slower the more you have. Not that the hunter description would be any better. Excluding that minor caveat I think a quest chain for one piece of armor per quest that is focused however the player likes. IE "City Armor step 2 of 5: Speak with Ada-1 & collect a chest piece with a focused stat." With 6 options one for each stat. Make it kill 50 dregs to collect their armor scraps or some other arbitrary thing.

  • No! I thought It made you run faster! That was what I put all my excess points in instead of recovery

No, as a warlock or titan you move faster the less you have with the optimal amount being 20-30mobility. The more you have the slower you go. Here is a old video on the topic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZeBjqAGekA. Start at 5:08, this is how fast players on M&K can move. At 5:27 is the movement of a controller/console player. The person narrating the video explains that even with every movement speed exotic/bonus(stompees+lightweight) and 100 mobility a hunter moves the same speed at a titan or warlock with 20mobility with no exotics/bonuses on a controller/console. And to be very clear this only works for titans and warlocks. Before the update that took effect this last year where you could die from physics it was very common for warlocks and titans to kill them selves at the start of a trials match to give you an idea. This is a very heated topic for hunter mains in the top 10% that warlock and titan mains wont deny but dont like to discuss.

  • I don't know if this is still true, I know from running the bombs in DSC that swapping from my normal 20 Mobility to 60 mobility definitely gets me to the deposit spots much faster. Pretty sure it increases jump height as well, and I think run speed is not as directly tied to the Mobility stat, only walk speed but I may be mis-remembering.

  • Jump height and walk speed that is correct. So when you walk around the tower or as when you said grab a bomb in DSC.

O and mobility does not increase movment speed. I know when you mouse over it in game it says it does, but it does not. This is very well documented. I dont need to provide a link because its like i said very well documented and you can just google it with multiple results saying the same thing. Its a dead stat that does nothing other then decrease the dodge cool down if you happen to play hunter.
