If your Bungie Name has been changed to "Guardian####", that indicates that some part of the name broke the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct]Code of Conduct[/url] or the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide]Bungie Name Policy[/url], was filtered, and [b]can no longer be used. You can try a different name if you have not previously changed it.[/b] If the system is not allowing more changes, there is no way to override it.

I never change it by myself actually. The first time I startet the game over Epic I got that name assigned. I can try whatever name i want, even using this suggested featuere, doesnt work.

Suggested are just your platform names and they may have been what was censored. I would recommend trying something completely different. If it still does not accept it then your 1 change has been used and nothing can be done at this time.

So, just to get it right, I never changed the name by myself, but somehow it changed and now I have to live with this sh*tty name? :D

Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 12/22/2023 11:37:47 AMThe last bit of your name is likely why it got censored If you haven't used your name change then you can try something different to your current Epic name If it tells you that you don't have a name change then you're stuck If it says 'you can only change your name once' then it's a warning. If you enter a name and it says settings saved but reverts the name or the save button does nothing then the name you're trying to use is also being filtered.
