Hello. If you claimed these rewards when you only had a Steam account, those rewards will only appear for your Steam characters.
However, items over a year old have expired.

So there is no possibility to transfer them to my Epic account, even though they are linked? And wehre will future drops go to?

Correct. Future drops will go to the Destiny 2 account that has the most progress.
