Why are all new perks so weak and not unique. There's a million of unique ideas out there
For example Barrel constrictor shouldn't need a kill to activate

Yeah a kill to activate barrel constrictor is a bit much. Something like opening shot where it activates on your first shot of an attack would be way better.
