You cant get it reverted.
At most if Bungie deem it necessary either due to a CoC violation or via a privacy request it will be changed to Guardian####

That’s so annoying thank you for replying..
-
Depends on what you are trying to change it to
-
I’m told I was supposed to have 1 name change and wanted to change it. Just another name other than this one as it’s an old name I don’t want to associate with anymore. But if they are going to give me the choice of only changing it to “Guardian” then that’s very disappointing..
-
Does it explicitly say you have no name changes (like you mentioned in your original post) or does it instead display this? https://i.imgur.com/JDxnCFJ.png If its the latter, then its a warning you only get one change. If you have tried saving it but it does nothing or you press save and it reverts then the name you're trying to use is being stopped by the filter
-
It doesn’t even say that it just says I have no name changes left?
-
Then at some point your name change token was used - looking at your platform names none of them match your current Bungie name
-
And I’ve only discovered the name change feature recently
-
This name was the old name I had for all platforms and then I had them changed, I came back to destiny a month ago and the ingame name is still this.
-
So, you changed all of your platform names to a variant of your current name that you are trying to change due to issues it is causing with other players??
-
I cross play saved my account Incase anything happens
-
I play only on PS5 so whatever you’re looking at was temporary accounts. :)
-
PSN -GodNarc Steam DNarcoz1708 Xbox DNarcoz1708 The PSN replaced D with God. Is the D the part of the name causing you issues with other players?
-
Yes as it was associated with a group they had.
-
So, other players are associating you with a former group based on a letter and causing you grief? I can tell you that based on your name I would have assumed you would get more flack for Narc than the letter d. Since your Bungie name doesnt even match your non changed names it appears at some point it was used. Only chance if the system says no changes, is to fill out a privacy request and hope they guardian your name. They have been really adamant that we get 1 vanity change, and if the system says you have used it, they wont override it.
