Hello, I can't find the correct support for this problem. In my profile the emote "DUELL" is locked inside the terminal of the tower. I can't collect the emote, it doesn't show "collect" nor an error. Because of that Master Rahool is always active and I don't know what to do, to collect that emote. Anyone here know how to collect it? Thank you for your help.
