Weasel error all the time

Hello, I have been having disconnection from pretty much every activity every 30 minutes for the past month. It says my error code is weasel, and I looked up that it says you may be logged in on multiple devices or something. I play on PC, so I went and changed my steam log in info, cleared the cache, restarted my computer a few times, reset the modem, and I am still having this issue. It has moved to be every 5 mins or so now, which basically makes the game unplayable as I can't stay a whole competitive match, I can't complete a run of the coil, can't even do a complete public event before I run into issues. I have no internet issues with any other game, so I'm fairly certain this is Destiny 2 specific. I really like this game, and I've played since red war so I'd like to keep my progress and keep going. I am curious if third party things can cause this? I've only used the destiny item manager (DIM) and the god roll appraiser on light.gg. Thanks for help
