Hello there,
All retail codes for the original Destiny expansions have expired. Bungie does not issue or replace expired codes. At this time your best bet is to return the game to the retailer as defective and buy the collection directly from the console marketplace.

I'm positive there is one person in the Bungie office that can update the code. I just have to find that person. Thanks for your reply nonetheless.

the codes are not issued by Bungie, they are issued by the platform, in your case, Sony/Playstation.

I started with PlayStation and they directed me back to Bungie.

that goes back to expired codes cannot be replaced. You would want to return it to the retailer as defective and buy from the playstation marketplace.

It does seem like a dead end to visit the player forums and that's what I thought too, but I came here under the direction of a Bungie support email.

If you were sent here it was so that the forums can advise of your next steps. As I mentioned above, all retail codes have long since been expired and cannot be replaced. The only way to obtain the expansions is via the console marketplace. This is why the guidance is to return the physical item as defective and purchase it from there. There is no one at Bungie who can activate a Playstation (or any other platform) code.

Thanks.
