Hello, a week ago my steam account was invaded, in the same day i reached out for steam support to recover it, it was recovered in about 20 hours. However, in the meantime that the account was not under my control, the person who invaded it entered destiny 2 via steam, deleted all my items, acessed bungie.net and added an account of theirs to my cross save settings and procedeed to get my destiny account banned. I am not able to remove the persons account because i cannot authenticate their account. I have proof of steam claiming it was indeed invaded and have alreadyissued a direct ticket to bungie help 6 days ago, looking to get some help regarding this matter but received no answer so far. This account has been mine ever since the beta of Destiny 1, i own all the dlc, multiple eververse items and have already pruchased The Final Shape Deluxe Edition 3 months ago. On steam i have over 2000 hours played of this game, an immense amount of love for the game and its community, the account has never before received any restrictions or bans. Im just trying to recover it safely and get some help from bungie, atleast alter the ban from permanent for a restriction, ANYTHING would be better than losing it forever. As for the reason of the ban i do not know how or why the person who invaded it was banned. Please help me!
