Holding right click waiting for it to proc, it does not - in guardian games NF.
With or without the Artifact Mod. This has been going on for 10+ months in other activities as well. Bungie please, fix your game.

1 ReplyOnly the built up slug detonations provide the unstop. It's not the same as normal unstop handcannons.
