I am aware the forums cannot assist with Silver transactions. But there is nowhere I can defend my rights as a customer. I thought here mgiht be some help I can use, or someone from bungie could help me out.

The support team you are working with is the Bungie team that can help you. No one else can, as they are the special team that works with Silver transactions.

there is no support team. All i got for the past 2 weeks was same reply from bungie website.

I did keep talking with them, didnt get any reply since last Tuesday.

they may be researching your situation, I cannot speak on their behalf, just advise that they are the team that handles Silver, posting here will not progress your case as we have no access to those systems.

Last time they told me to get refund with Epic, but as we know silver can not be refund, more important I am not able to purchase anymore silver.

If that was their advice, that was their answer. The forums cannot assist beyond pointing you to them. Show Epic support the message from Bungie advising you to do so.
