My Bungie Name is causing problems
My Bungie name is WHODOYOUTHINKYOUAREIAM#8552.
People I play with usually refer to me as 'Who' for short.
This causes confusion when someone asks "Who is doing [insert task]?" and some think they are exclaiming that I am doing the task when really they are asking who is doing the task. It also confuses people when I exclaim that I am doing a certain task by saying (in the third person) "'Who' is doing [insert task]." but people think I am asking who is doing the task.
Is there any chance you can let me change my name to avoid this problem?

Not possible. All users are given one name change, once used that's it. Bungie will not reverse a name change no matter what and they will not give you another custom name change. Users are told about the single name name before they can change their name and they are asked to confirm the change.
