Your eyes may deceive you...
What does Toland say?
"Listen".
We can't hear Jimmy [Hendrix]... yet 😉.
The revelation will be like a flashbang, immediate recognition of our blindless... ears ringing, blood on the drum hides... dancing droplets... soaking us to our bones.
Moths burning up in the "light".

Edited by jhermannITJ: 3/23/2024 1:21:52 AMI know... I know 😅, I couldn't help myself after reading the new lore. And this isn't gaslighting... I don't like the heat you've been taking from these "scholars" while I've been distracted grinding the game. Mk. 44 I saw the link immediately. Then they used the word "apodictic"... you know how crazy that is? I live my life as a sceptic... agnostic to the truth. My personal motto is "Ordinatio Veritas". I think it's the quote under my profile. Einstein, Plato, Socrates, and Derrida are my philosophical mentors. The scientific theory of Ordinatio Veritas is "special relativity"... also known as anthropomorphic construct theory... Socrates said, "All I know... is that I know nothing". Derrida was critical of tribalism, "isms" meant to raise lemmings to blindly walk off a cliff. So, he came up with an empirical protocol and method to analyze the subjective in concert with mathematical logic. That's "Ordinatio Veritas". Humility in the face of ignorance but without falling victim to nihilism. Shedding the ego and hubris in demanding an "Apodictic Truth". The only way that could be possible, is through what Einstein talked about... transcendence... without it, nothing can actually be verified because the human perspective is limited. That's why there is 2 parts to Einstein's theory of relativity... "General" relativity that assumes "Apodictic" truths... and "Special" relativity... that's ordinatio veritas. But until we are able to transcend... become something else, while retaining the memories of that past state of existence... it's impossible to know. That limited perspective is, in part, where philosophical nihilism comes from. And I think relative morality comes from that too. Doing the best you can to try to understand even though you recognize it's futile. That's where "faith" comes from... for better or worse. That's where "hope" comes from. 😇👍💠 P.s. I'm still being cryptic, obviously - respective the game's narrative.
