I already hate burgers so… that sounds like a crime against humanity.

I'm not sure how to respond to this. Are you vegetarian/vegan, don't care for the flavor/texture, or simply never had a good burger?
-
I just don’t like the texture.
-
That's perfectly understandable, texture is a big factor in whether people like a food or not; sometimes it can be very off-putting.
-
Thanks for understanding

I'm the same way about certain things too; even if I liked the taste (which I don't) of avocado, the texture and color just revolts me on a very deep level. I can't even eat guacamole.
-
My sister is like that too, have a nice night
-
You too.
-
You sir, are the crime against humanity
-
That was a bit heavy-handed, don't you think?
-
But but but…he said he hates burgers! What kind of person just does that?!
-
Well, some people eat deep-fried grasshoppers and think it's a delicacy, so tastes vary. Besides, after I asked the reason behind that, the point he made about not liking the texture was a valid one; I once had someone tell me they didn't like hamburger because the texture reminded them of soggy bread. Another told me that uncooked hamburger looked like brain matter, so they refused to eat it. Something I've learned over the years working in restaurants and watching cooking shows is that food goes beyond the taste alone, it's a combination of senses and if one of a person's senses trigger an adverse reaction, that's the end of that.

Jeez sorry
