Auto rifle metas in Destiny never felt good nor fair.
Autos in D2 are way too easy to use and just cater to low skilled players. Every single time Bungie makes them more viable, pvp starts to feel worse (if thats even possible these days)
But Bungie is a huge fan of lowering the skill gap so yea
