You'll need to contact Twitch concerning time tracking issues.
Bungie has no control over Twitch's timekeeping on their system, or lack thereof, sadly.
To receive the emblem(s), it relies on Twitch's systems.

Thank you, sadly I did and all they suggested was to not have any extensions on (which I didn't) or try incognito mode. 😩 Even if I can track the full 1h30 next stream I will still be missing like 14%. There was so many people with the same problem I figured it was worth to try showing it and see if we can get a bit extra time next stream. I know they are doing the extra 30 but we are going to be sooo close! Is a little sad. Thank you for the reply! 😊
