If they were going to bring back Raid weapons, I would have picked Atheon's Epilogue and Hunger of Crota. Both were infamous in Destiny's history for their own reasons and both got left out when their respective Raids came to D2.

Praetorion foil, praedyths timepiece, black hammer, anguish of drystan, any wraith weapon (to build hype on its eventual return). Theres a big pool of d1 raid weapons that never returned.
