Hello, Since the March 19 update when I try to use the companion app I get a message, "Processing databases" and the spinning circle. I have tried everything to resolve this up to uninstall and reinstall nothing works. I've searched the internet for this but find nothing about this. I've rebooted also. Please help! Michael B
