Legend/Master difficulty should be available to all lost sectors all the time.

That would definitely cause Bungie to go in and change the EDZ ones lol, those are so easy at the moment they're basically free sub 3 min clears

Which ones would offer what drops or would the pool be diluted to offer everything from each?

They all offer the same thing (Helmet, Arms, Chest etc.) That changes daily

Ok, personally I think every lost sector always being active could cause some issues, though I think have all the lost sectors on a given planet be active for a day will be healthier for the game with different ones giving different armor pieces.

Some lost sectors are simply easier than others so if you were farming I imagine players would only ever play the easiest/quickest. A current issue is having only one exotic armor type available a day can lead to missing a rotation an needing to wait half a week for it to come back. This sucks if you don't have time.
