If they would've released all the weapons, yall would've complained about that too lol.
At least with this schedule, once we learn which weapon is dropping that week, we'll know which weeks to grind for a specific weapon, and which weeks not to. And we'll be able to focus grinding only for that weapon. At least that's what I'm do. The weeks there is a weapon I don't want, I won't.
And always remember: if you don't like what they doing so much, don't play the game. That's always an option lol.
Edit - after responses, i noticed people didn't really pay attention to what was said by bungie. We not only get a guaranteed version of each weapon, we control when they get put into our loot pool. Which is very key in dictating what weapons you grind for. Simply put: only do the quests and put the weapons you really want in your loot pool.

The only thing i can't agree with that makes almost no sense at all on this post, is your first quote. Some people may enjoy being limited on what they could grind for. I see why because it can help them manage what they grind for, and when, BUT there is no reason to force that down everybody's throats, like bungie is. Why not give both crowds what they want? This is a free update, focused on 1- helping people catch up before final shape. 2- Attempting to earn "some" good will and trust back from the community. 3- giving us some content to play before final shape. 4- undoing some of the leftover damage caused by sunsetting/dcv. Besides, this is a FREE update. What does bungie have to lose? No offenss, but Please enlightten us on that if you'd like to sound agreeable. Sure everything's a matter of opinion, but your in the minority bud. Weither you've been playing this game for a long time or not, it's no secret that bungie doesn't make it hard to be wrong about something they do, contrary to the succes they have, and had. If your gonna deny or disagree with something, try not to let that something be a no brainer, but to you regardless. Most importantly, Thank you for reading this post.
