No text chat and no fireteam chat on Ps5
Hi, I need help. I can't use text chat and fireteam chat. Also i can no longer post anything on the Help Forum.
Every time I try to post I get this message (The request has failed;
Your account does not meet the current requirements.) I also have a clan
and I can no longer make any settings, I get the message (Your account lacks permissions for this feature)
Please kindly help me.

If you don't want to solve my issues, please give me my money back

I also have the same problem, I can't open the text chat, I can't get audio from the game, I can't send whispers to other players and when I go to buy silver within the game I get an error and this message appears all the time on my account (the account doesn't answer current requirements) I've seen other posts here with the same problem. and I have some friends like ViNiCIOSXDX-1989#4282 with the same problem and they even bought the Sharpe final. #bungie fix this error in the next update please...
