Hi Im Swat
Hi Im Swat

Bungie fan. Been here for 16years! old

Sounds like your console is faulty because blue screen and error code CE-34878-0 are both platform system faults. Nothing to do with the game. You should contact PlayStation for support. Bungie cannot help you with platform faults.
PS4
Since you're playing on a console from over 10 years ago, it's very likely your hard-drive is dying. Hard-drives only last for around 5 years or so.

Maybe so. However, it only seems to be happening with Destiny 2, not the other online game I play. The console itself is about 41/2 years old, and I replaced the hard drive with an SSD about 21/2 years ago. Also, I saw some posts that suggested a game issue associated with this error code a couple of years ago. Also seems to be a lot of forum posts recently re PS4 and PS5 crashes. For those of you with more intimate technical knowledge of these things, could game or networking issues with Bungie cause the game to crash which would then cause the console to crash? Anyway, I am going to initialize the console, then contact Playstation support Thanks for the replies.
