Code of conduct???

I am trying to create my clan name, I already have a clan made but wanted to change the name and everything. I tried changing the clan name to "WeThePeople" and it is telling me this is against the code of conduct? It's literally in the beginning of the constitution, the American "code of conduct" please help this is very unjust. • Hey there. The message you're receiving is a default one that is given when you try to change your clan's name to one that's against the Code of Conduct or one that is already in use by another clan. In your case, there's already a clan called "WeThePeople", so it's not letting you choose that name. You'll need to try something else. As for seeing other clans that do violate the Code of Conduct, please don't name them here on the forums; simply hit "Report" either in-game or on the clan's page on bungie.net and we will take care of them as soon as we can.

Update: just played Iron banner against a clan named "[REDACTED]" how is that not against the code of conduct but "We The People" is???? Make it make sense. Unacceptable.
