Hey there, what did you preorder on? PSN, and XBox Live, have been known to have cancelled the preorders when the delay from February to June was announced. Do they take payment immediately for preorders? I know Steam does. If they don't take it immediately, they may cancel so the customers can re-authorise the payment, for a later date. Check your platform order history, see if it was cancelled. If it was cancelled, definitely check to make sure you were refunded, if they had in fact taken the payment already.
