can't unlink my steam account. The account is deactivated
I'm having trouble unlinking my steam account from my bungie account, The steam that's linked is account is deactivated (its been deactivated for months and its not accessible)
I would like to link my steam account that i currently use to my bungie account but can't

The only way to remove an account is to log into it. If you can't log into an account, then you should contact Steam for support. If Steam can't help you recover an account, then you're stuck with it forever. Bungie cannot assist you with this. It is the account owner's responsibility to make sure they can access their accounts at all times. See the policy quoted and linked below.
