Please make it fun to get this item. Dont make it exclusive to lost sectors. Dont lock it behind other random activities. Make it attainable from anywhere so it make whatever youre playing feel rewarding. Make the drop chances decent- like 1 per every 2-3 hrs of play time. I think with so many combinations and so many different builds players will need to feel the drop rates are consistent and worthwhile to keep chasing what they want. I realize they will be strong but dont make getting what you want de facto unobtainable with rng x time. If you make them farmable in some way, great…but can the activity be fun?
