Is blueshift dreams currently unavailable??? I’ve tried everything for weeks and have not gotten this shader to drop on any gear in the dreaming city,,, ???????????

It ONLY drops on raid weapons. At least it used to in forsaken. Its a raid shader after all.

i ♡ Bounties

They said they upped drop rates in last week's update. I've run a lot of dreaming city & everything now has the other shader on, burnished dreams, think they messed up,(again)
