Yes, and this isn’t new. I’ve had a theory for years that Bungie has lower drop rates for desirable perks. They have denied this, but the evidence is clear.

The fact that players don't understand weighted RNG in game design boggles my mind. It can be "RNG" and the roll distribution can be uneven. If you think your rolls are going 1/6 for each perk every time.. Sure that is an ethical bridge too far for a company that once stealth nerfed player XP to increase playtime. They would never do something like weighted RNG on desired perks during a content lull like this...

It's very easy to get conspiracy pilled when you have enough bad luck, I have those moments myself. Prosecutor legit refused to drop a dragonfly voltshot combo for 3 days straight of nonstop farming. Then eventually it dropped. It's just the nature of rng sadly.
