I've done every single activity there is to do in the EZD from looting all regional chests, to all lost sectors, and all strikes. I've even purchased all the armour Devrim has to offer and dismantled it to try and get the shader and still nothing. Does anyone know a way of getting it, or at least some drop chance from certain activities? It might be purchasable from Ada-1 but it hasn't come into rotation for me for a long time.
