Intrinsic Anti Barrier Heavy weapons? (Suggesting Sleeper)
Could use another option (besides Lament) in the heavy slot with an intrinsic Anti-Barrier Mod, thinking Sleeper would be a good fit... Thoughts?

I just say forget the artifact and let us equip an anti-champ mod on every weapon including exotics. Sure we wouldn't be able to use enemy specs, but at least we wouldn't be restricted to 5-6 weapon types and about 1-3 of a certain type.
