Same here. I'm really hoping this is fixed soon for people. It seems it's not everyone it's just random people. I don't understand. You can use the Ishtar app to transfer items between characters and in/out of the vault. It's fine but it doesn't let you do anything with your bounties or anything else. Just item management and that's it.
