You either need to regain access to it or use a throwaway account to move to a new Bungie profile but as a result you'll lose anything tied to your current Bungie profile such as Bungie friend list, redeem code emblems, and possibly Twitch/Prime rewards.
Bungie wont unlink the account for you.

what do you mean by throw away account? are you talking about making a new bungie account and linking my accounts to it? please elaborate thank you

Its an account you create just for the delinking process For example creating a Twitch account to use for unlinking, the process would be: - Create Twitch account - Link it to your current Bungie profile - Sign out of Bungie.net - Sign back in but using the Twitch account - Head to settings -> account & linking - Unlink Xbox and Steam - Sign out of Bungie.net - Use the sign up option and use your Xbox or Steam - Head to account and linking again and link the other account - Forget that your old Bungie profile and the throwaway exist.
