So there's currently 8 guns, eventually 12, all with over 10'000 perk combinations. I've reset shaxx on 2 accounts, I've run over 100 50 wave runs & even more 10's & 20's, so id say I've had 900-1000 weapon drops, 0 shinys, I'm not even chasing them I still need the 3 boss triumph on both accounts, only reason I'm playing. These drop rates are fine for an exotic in a standard event, but in a very limited time event, with so many guns & perk combinations, old guns at that, it's not even close to be being fair. This follows me doing 200 banner matches a few weeks ago & never getting the grenade launcher
