Hey there, are you trying to do this from Settings/Account Linking, or are you on the 'disable cross-save' screen?

https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave/Deactivate, here on the website is where I try to do it from, so the disable cross save screen. I can't do it from the setting/account linking since I would have to authenticate the accounts first. Like i mentioned before, when I type in my username and password to authenticate it it doesnt load or update that i put that information in so its not authenticated. Ive tried a bunch of times.

I also have this same problem. It's not properly linking my steam account when I start the game even though it says my xbox and steam accounts are linked on bungie.net so I tried to deactivate the cross save but it says failed to verify or some bs. I'm just trynna play my xbox D2 character on my pc man. it should not be this hard..
