Friends account ban appeal
Pretty sure people heard story like this many times, but i am hoping for some pointers atleast. Friend of mine played the game for long long time, and about a month ago his account got hacked by some cheater that did his thing in trials and got him banned. Unfortunetly now support ignores my friend completely even when pointing out to check log-in location from the incident day. At this point any pointer to some better support contact or a way of approach would be appriciated, that is if any exist.

However, there is a process in place for players to appeal their ban or restriction. If an appeal has already been filed, All that can be done, has been done. Posting in the forums cannot assist beyond linking to the appeal and speculation. Bungie will typically respond only if more info is needed or if the ban/restriction is altered. The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long. Bungie bans accounts, regardless of who performed the cheating while logged in to the account. If your friend already submitted a Ban appeal, that's all they can do.

Feels like there should be more than "that is all he can do" when ignored for 8+ days, while providing evidence and even pointing out that it was not him on multiple fronts (example: having to wait multiple days to unlink hackers EGS account without support offering any assistance). If all appeals are all manually reviewed (which i highly doubt at this point) something would most likely happen. Ignoring like this wont help neither side.
