Did they cancel my reservation?
I don't know why it appears canceled if I didn't make any cancellation. The refund does not appear on my card summary either, but I have the exceptional ones in my account in the final form that they delivered along with the DLC but now it appears canceled

Microsoft doesn't charge your card until it's around the release date. You would need to contact Microsoft if they charged you & didn't refund you when they canceled the preorder.
