A few things that may be causing the issue - Translations. Its the same reason they very much avoid having the exact requirements instead of percentages; they mostly go down this route for quests in case they need an on-the-fly change but cant get the translations done quick - Rounding. 99..5-9 in D2 round to 100 - UI mess, if they kept it exclusively on the inspect screen and only displayed while on the perk this problem mostly disappears (point 1 still relevant though) but if not imagine seeing something like this while hovering over the menu [quote]1|2|3 stacks grant 5|10|15% damage buff[/quote]

    If it scales like 5 -> 10 -> 15 that works, but for things like Feeding Frenzy they'd need to clean up the perks/scaling etc. Enhanced Feeding Frenzy currently does this: 13 -> 55 -> 65 -> 85 -> 100 reload stat 0.975x -> 0.9x -> 0.868x -> 0.837x -> 0.8x reload duration Stack timer is 3.5 seconds, stacks up to 5 Enhanced gives an additional 5 reload speed from 1-3 stacks but gives 10 at stack 4. Another culprit is Enlightened Action that initially gives 2 then 2 sets of 5 then a 3 then back to 5 for a few more stacks then 3 then 2 and back to 5s again 12 stacks cap, hits grant 2 seconds worth of stacks. Stacks go 2 -> 7 -> 12 -> 15 -> 20 -> 25 -> 30 -> 35 -> 38 -> 40 -> 45 -> 50. Different weapons grant different amounts of stacks like HC gives 3. If they keep it on hovering the perk or possibly using a tooltip for enhanced view while hovering that'd be fine but we all know Bungie are a mess when it comes to keeping the UI clean enough that you aren't bombarded with stuff. Using the tooltip like you see in collections would give you the basic view you see right now but if you want the full breakdown then hold LT while hovering over it for example

  • Dude we literally just wanna know the % in common damage, speed, etc boosts. The ones that are static increases. The complicated perks with highly curated boost progressions could retain general language with maybe exact numbers for min and then max potential.
