My preorder disappeared
So I saw a video on YouTube that there was a new ship with the preorder. So I logged onto destiny and went to the tower to go collect it in the towers little preorder kiosk. It wasn’t there so I checked my collections. Wasn’t there either. I checked if I had the fusion rifle and I still do. So I checked out if I had the dlc and I did not. I did not receive any emails or get any money back from this. I need help finding out why my money is gone without a dlc on my account.

This is normal for them, in the case of delays. Did Sony take the money up front? I believe they only take it some time before the release goes live, so if there was no payment, that would be the reason why there was no refund. You'd have to double check that against your payment statement and your PSN account, and query PSN support if there's an issue - it is not something Bungie had any control over. Note that this cancellation does not remove Tessellation from your account, you may still see the initial pre-order bonus items and unlocks, but not the new ones.
