Did it finally drop today? I have been waiting since I saw the achievement/shader in the Triumphs section, sadly spoiled myself on the 1st step when I searched to see if it was active a couple weeks ago.
Absolutely love these scavenger hunt secrets when they get discovered, really wish they would do more of them!

Follow this: https://youtu.be/5_AG2kegqto?t=164 You up the steps next to the previous paws -> jump over the gap to the other catwalk -> into the room -> go out the door next to the door you just came into the room using -> through the vent

At the far left corner behind saint there are some stairs that lead up to the catwalk... follow that through the middle and then you jump over the railing to then jump across a small gap that will allow you to access the air ducts.
