have the same problem :(
I try with another character too, in legend etc. and nothing happens

Edited by Abacus Avenger: 4/24/2024 8:39:03 AMSame here as well... According to the triumph I have the first 6 oracles, but not the 7th. And according to the crafting table at the Enclave, I have White Nail I through III, but White Nail IV is missing.

Same issue. I have the other 6. The final one will spawn for other people in the same instance, but not for me..
