Are you using continuous fire from Pulse/AR? Or are you swapping once stunned to do stronger DPS?
Pulse/AR have an activation window, so you need to activate the overload rounds before they actually start to stun/hold health down. Typically its 2-3 burst for pulse or 10 rounds for AR.
I find it most effective to stun then 2 shots with wishender, then back to pulse and stun again. Often going for the third wishender shot then going back to overload weapon, they will regen and teleport before you can get back to the stunning round.
I would also recommend running overload rocket this season.

That’s what I tried. When I’m outside of a lost sector, it works fine, but for some reason while doing master lost sector I held down fire button for nearly 2 clips and no proccing happened. You could see it on bottom left screen if mod procs. And yes I do switch guns to do more dps after stunning. And fyi, sometimes a lost sector bonus can be on grenade launcher for extra 25% damage, that’s why I wasn’t using rocket launcher.

The bonus damage is almost never worth it for overload... with how glitchy they can be, I always have the rocket equipped. Some sectors overloads can be REALLY glitchy (concealed void after the platforms and the one on Europa to name the two that standout the most).

Yeah it was a lost sector on Europa. And I sometimes use a gl more for ads clear, not just dps on champions. I just can hold more heavy ammo that are available to me to use gl too.
